Hey Code Camp Volunteer!

If you’re getting this message it means you’ve either volunteered at a Code Camp before or you’ve recently signed up.  Congratulations, you’ve joined an elite squad of fantastic volunteers that are an integral part of making this awesome event happen every year.

Code Camp is a FREE conference that happens across CA every year.  They have them in Silicon Valley, San Diego, Orange County, and in October… in LOS ANGELES!
Here’s a link with more details: http://highlandersolutions.us1.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=0c8d8139779c89be73d72ed9a&id=3f124734a1&e=38b5426c2b

Code Camp is on the 13th and the 14th of October.

The USC Campus – we’ll send you a map to parking and everything.

Volunteering involves getting there early and helping us:
-       Set up tables
-       Hang signs on the rooms
-       Hang signs around campus so people know where to go
-       Sit at the “sign in tables” and hand out maps and sign speakers in and tell them where to go.

Volunteering at an event always makes things a little more fun.  You end up being a little more involved and meeting lots of people than if you just attended the sessions by themselves.

You get a T-Shirt!

And you get a ticket to the Geek Dinner that night (food and booze and a chance to hang with other conference attendees and speakers)

Let us know what days you are available (Saturday or Sunday).

Let us know what T-Shirt size you are.

We’ll be sending out a sign up sheet soon –- where you can sign up for days and times.

*****Note.  If you’ve already told me your availability and T-Shirt size then we have your info!

Volunteered for this year's Code Camp.
